14 days money back *
Not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return it within 14 days of receipt. When returning, the shipping costs are for the customer. You will receive a 100% refund.

* The actual colors may vary from the colors on your screen due to monitor settings, the deviation of colors is not a reason for return. Should there be any unexpected quality problem, you can return within 14 days after your purchase.

Trial Period
The trial period expires 14 days after the day you received the article. If the order consists of several shipments, for example in the case of a backorder, the trial period starts on the day you received the last article of the order.

Return procedure
Registering a return or exchange is very easy! Send an email to [email protected] to notify us of your return or exchange, don't forget to include your order number.

We expect to receive your return within 14 days of notification. Upon receipt, all items will be inspected. If everything is received by us according to the guidelines, the money, 100% of the purchase price, will be credited to you.

Refund of your return
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, your payment obligation does not expire and you will have to pay within the stipulated period. If there is a balance due to your return and you have prepaid the order, we will refund this balance to you within 14 days. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay us.

Exchanges
Registration of your exchange is the same as our return procedure. We will send you the desired article free of charge.

If an item needs to be exchanged due to an error on our part or due to a defect, we will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping. The shipment of the correct or working product is of course also at our expense.

Shipping within the Netherlands
With utmost care your package will be sent by DHL. For orders from €40,- no costs are charged for shipping within the Netherlands. For amounts under €40,- we only charge €4,95 shipping costs.

Shipping to Belgium
With utmost care, your package will be sent by DHL. For orders from €40,- no shipping costs will be charged to Belgium. For amounts below € 40, - we charge only € 12.71 shipping costs.
